Daniel Helm

Daniel Helm is an Arlington native and a graduate of UT Arlington with a degree in Information Systems and Technology. He is well versed in technical design and full-service IT implementation. He has tackled large projects such as custom-built Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, full-scale server setup and support, and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) implementation. He began his career as a tech support specialist, and rose to the position of IT Director. Realizing that he could provide his previous employer the same level of support at a lower cost, Daniel partnered with Yo to build an innovative tech company. He essentially worked himself out of a job, and is committed to helping businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area with IT support.

Yo Li

Yo Li is a former U.S. Army Captain, a West Point graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering, and an Arlington native. He combines his diverse military experience and technical advisory background to achieve results for clients. While deployed to Kuwait, Yo served as the operations officer for the Army’s regional cyber center in the middle east. He managed the top-level help desk for IT infrastructure in the region that supported thousands of users. He later managed the Army’s helpdesk for the Atlantic coastal region. Because of his experience in both of these roles, he understands the criticality of a good helpdesk support when lives and mission accomplishment are on the line. During deployments and missions, Yo’s technical advice earned him the trust and confidence of his troops and senior Army leaders.
